Will Mock Trial Academy be worth my while if I already have high school Mock Trial experience?
Absolutely. Although high school Mock Trial gives students a good start in forming their trial advocacy skills, there is quite a bit more to be learned. The distinguished faculty will build on what experienced students have already learned, as well as give those students the opportunity to hone their already existing skills.
 
Should I be worried if I have little or no high school Mock Trial experience?
Not at all. Most high schools around the country do not have a high school Mock Trial program. Mock Trial Academy makes for an excellent introduction into the world of trial advocacy. The large lecture/small group section format gives students a solid base of knowledge while also assuring them that they are allowed to move at their own pace.
 
Who will be supervising Mock Trial Academy students?
Mock Trial Academy staff will provide 24 hour guidance and supervision during the conference. Some of those staff members will be talented college Mock Trial students from around the country. You can pick their brains regarding what they like most about Mock Trial, college life and more. There will be one teaching assistant available for each group of eight students.
 
Is medical care available for Mock Trial Academy students?
Yes. 24 hour medical care is available for Mock Trial Academy students. Students are responsible for their own medical expenses.
