Mr. Fisz is the Founder of Mock Trial Academy. He practices law as an Assistant State's Attorney in the Office of the Lake County State's Attorney in Waukegan, Illinois, where he has tried over fifty bench and jury trials. Mr. Fisz is also an Adjunct Lecturer at Northwestern University.

He coached college Mock Trial from 1995 - 2006, including four years at the University of Illinois. In each one of those years, Mr. Fisz qualified a team to National Tournament Competition. His teams have finished in the Prestigious Top Ten at National Tournaments in 1997, 1998 and 2001 -- 2006.

While a college student at the University of Illinois, Mr. Fisz competed on the Mock Trial Team for all four years, earning the distinction of All-American Attorney in 1995. Mr. Fisz earned his bachelor of arts degree in speech communication and his juris doctor degree from the University of Illinois.
